Yes! Bag Peace is completely free to use with no subscription required. You can catalog your entire collection, track cost-per-wear, find bag twins, and use all features at no cost.

After signing up, click "Add Bag" from your collection page. You can upload photos, select the brand and model, add details like purchase price and date, and include personal notes. The more details you add, the more useful features like cost-per-wear become.

You control your privacy. Your collection is visible to other logged-in users by default, but you can make individual bags private. Sensitive information like purchase price, purchase date, and cost-per-wear can be hidden with privacy toggles on each bag.

Cost-per-wear helps you understand the real value of your bags. It's calculated by dividing the purchase price by the number of times you've used the bag.

For example, a $500 bag worn 100 times = $5 per wear. A $200 bag worn 10 times = $20 per wear. This helps you see which bags are earning their keep and which ones need more love.

When you start using a bag, click "Check In" on the bag detail page. When you switch to a different bag, click "Check Out." This automatically tracks your usage and updates your cost-per-wear calculations.

You can only have one bag checked in at a time, and check-ins are logged so you can review your bag usage history.

Bag Twins are other collectors who own the same bag as you (same brand, model, and color). It's a fun way to connect with people who share your taste and see how they style their bags.

When viewing your bag, you'll see a count of twins and can click to see their profiles and collections for styling inspiration.

The Vault is our insurance documentation feature. It helps you create a complete record of your bags for insurance purposes with:

• 7-angle photo positions (front, back, sides, bottom, interior, hardware)
• Receipt and authentication document uploads
• PDF export for insurance claims
• Bulk export for your entire collection

Having proper documentation can be invaluable if you ever need to file an insurance claim.

BagWins is our social feed where you can share which bag you're carrying today. It's a daily celebration of your collection. You can post one BagWin per day, and see what bags other collectors are enjoying.

You can also like, comment, and save other people's BagWins for inspiration.

By default, your bags are visible to logged-in users, but financial details are private. You control:

• Bag visibility: Make individual bags completely private
• Purchase price: Toggle to show or hide
• Purchase date: Toggle to show or hide
• Cost-per-wear: Toggle to show or hide

Your email and personal account details are never shared publicly.

Yes! You can export your entire collection as a CSV file or PDF document. This includes all bag details, photos, and usage statistics. Go to your collection page and look for the export options.

Yes. Contact us through the feedback form or email and we'll delete your account and all associated data. We believe you should have full control over your information.
